Comic Relief 6- Frog

Frog, like our friend flea, is a green frog that thinks he is the smartest amphibian in the world and an intellectual, and granted he did does have a diploma unlike blockhead and flea... from who knows where... but he is just as incompetent and clumsy as it gets, flea and Blockhead says its because he has legs, but they are just jelly. RIGHT FROG?
